These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between AI Digi Hubs ("we", "us", "our") and the clinic or business purchasing Clinic AI Systems products ("you", "your", "the Client"). By purchasing or using any Clinic AI Systems product, you agree to these Terms.
We provide AI-powered systems for clinics, including but not limited to: website building and optimization, AI voice receptionist services, AI chat concierge services, back-office automation ("AI Employees"), lead generation management, and AI search visibility services (collectively, the "Services"). The specific Services you've purchased, and their pricing, are set out at the time of purchase.
After purchase, we configure and train your system(s) using information you provide about your clinic (services, pricing, hours, policies, and escalation rules). You're responsible for reviewing and approving your system before it goes live, and for the accuracy of the information you give us. We aim for a 5-business-day setup timeline but this can vary depending on how quickly you provide the information we need.
Our AI systems are trained to follow the rules and information you provide, including not giving medical advice and escalating emergencies appropriately. However, AI systems can make mistakes. You should not rely on any Clinic AI Systems product as a substitute for appropriate clinical judgment, emergency response procedures, or human oversight of patient-facing communications.
Setup fees are charged at the time of purchase. Monthly plan fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis starting from go-live. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
We retain ownership of our underlying software, AI prompts, workflows, and methodology. You own your own clinic's content, branding, and data. On cancellation, we'll provide a reasonable export of your data (call logs, contact records, transcripts) on request.
We treat information about your clinic and your patients' data with confidentiality, and only use it to provide the Services. Where patient data is processed, we'll enter into a data processing agreement covering applicable data protection law (e.g. UK GDPR) — ask us if you need this in place before signing up.
We aim to deliver reliable systems, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as liability for death, personal injury, or fraud).
Either party may terminate a monthly plan as described in our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate Services immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to pay fees due.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
